Kylie Jenner, the youngest Kardashian, has been involved in her share of kontroversy.

But the latest situation is not personal. It is all about business.

The Better Business Bureau issued an alert  for Kylie Cosmetics, the parent company which produces the super popular Kylie Lip Kit-- a $29 pairing of lipstick or gloss and liner designed to give users that much-desired Kylie Jenner pout.

Of 62 complaints, almost all were related to products not being shipped as expected (27) and problems with the product itself (30).

According to Kylie Cosmetics, it is the identifiable packaging -- lips dripping white gloss -- that has encouraged thieves to intercept the packages and remove or tamper with the contents before it reaches its destination.

So Jenner has released new packaging to resolve the issue, changing the distinctive design to a plain outer package and moving the original design to the inside.

For anyone who can't understand the hoopla over lip gloss, here is a recap.

After coming under fire for posting pics of her enhanced lips on social media, Jenner first said she just used lots of liner. Then came the horrible Kylie Jenner lip challenge which involved young girls sucking on bottles and glasses until their lips puffed up beyond recognition. The trend resulted in more than a few injuries.

Jenner eventually admitted to getting injections and in a purely Kardashian smooth move, turned it into an opportunity by launching the Kylie Lip Kit.

The kits promptly sold out in 30 seconds during the November launch and pretty much remain sold out at  Kyliecosmetics.com.
