A cuddly surprise for kids at CHOA parade and breakfast

Dec 23, 2015

Kids at the 2015 Children's Christmas Parade at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta recently got a cuddly surprise in the form of Comfy Critters, a versatile, plush toy from Arkansas-based Infinity Product Group.

The company gave away hundreds of the cute critters -- animal themed hooded blankets that can also serve as a fluffy pillow and costume.

Many parade attendees and kids who attend the CHOA breakfast with Santa received one of eight different Comfy Critters earlier this month.

Now the company plans to help others pay it forward with a "Buy1Give1" promotion.

For each Comfy Critter sold in the month of December at www.mycomfycritters.com using the code "BUY1GIVE1" the company will donate a Comfy Critter to the Scottish Rite Hospital, affiliated with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

In January, each child at the Scottish Rite Hospital will receive his or her own snuggable, huggable Comfy Critter.
