Peachtree TV is ending its daily features show "Atlanta Plugged In" this week, according to host Kimberley Kennedy on her Facebook page.

The show, which involves a mix of features and pay-for-play infomercials and is not part of the news department, is similar to 11Alive's "Atlanta and Company."

"Atlanta Plugged In" has been airing daily at 9 a.m. on sister station Peachtree TV and used to air on CBS46.

"I'm stopping the show in that form," said new general manager Lyle Banks, who said it simply wasn't generating enough income to merit the investment. "We'll retool it. It will be done in vignettes during the noon newscast."

To fill in that time slot, he said, Peachtree TV will likely air double episodes of "Atlanta Eats" hosted by Steak Shapiro, which already airs at 9:30 a.m. daily.
