Cleveland's answer to that terror truck attack in France

CLEVELAND -- A curtain has begun to fall about much of the downtown area. Above is the scene at Superior and Roadway, where two heavy trucks have appeared at one edge of the security zone that will protect the Republican National Convention, which convenes Monday.
