Georgia mom jailed after 'naked Twister' party with daughter

Growing up, I operated under the assumption everyone had an awesome mom.

It was the first of many mental mistakes to plague my upbringing.

In Evans, Ga., a mom was charged Monday with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after hosting an alcohol- and weed-infused naked Twister party, reports the AJC.

Rachel Lynn Lehnardt, 35, got into trouble after telling an Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor of the "wild night" in the Augusta area.

The AA sponsor forgot the meaning of the word "anonymous" and told police of the incident.

According to the incident report, Lehnardt's 16-year-old daughter, who, along with her four siblings lives with her father, texted her mom to ask if she could bring friends over to party.

Mom said "come on, let's party" and allowed the group of teens to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana in her home.

The report goes on to say the group played "naked Twister" and Lehnardt had sex with an 18-year-old in the bathroom, apparently after dropping out of the Twister game. Lehnardt admitted to pleasuring herself in front of the group before everyone got into a hot tub.

Later, at 3:30 a.m., Lehnardt had sex with her daughter's 16-year-old boyfriend. Lehnardt also showed her daughter pictures of her having sex with another man described as her current boyfriend.

Lehnardt, who has lost custody of her children, was released on a $3,200 bond.

Under Georgia law , it is my understanding the first two convictions of contributing to the delinquency of a minor are treated as misdemeanors, with a maximum fine of $1,000 and maximum sentence of a year in prison.

Would a man who played naked Twister with teen girls and had sex with two of them be charged with misdemeanors or felonies? I will let you answer that question, dear reader.
