Ciara is gearing up for a busy spring with the release of her sixth album, “Jackie,” on May 4.
The Atlanta-based R&B singer will also embark on an 18-city tour in May that will bring her to Center Stage on May 13. Tickets are $25 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. April 3 at the venue box office as well as Ticketmaster.com , Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
Ciara's new album, named after her mother, was introduced in January with the lyrically bracing, sonically sumptuous "I Bet," a song directed at her ex, Atlanta rapper Future.
Ciara gave birth to the couple's son , Future Zahir Wilburn, last May. She and the "Bugatti" hitmaker split at the end of 2014 after rumors surfaced about Future's infidelity.
“I Bet” has already been a hit on urban radio stations and was released to Top 40 this week. A dance mix of the song featuring Joe Jonas, T.I. and DJ R3hab is on the way as well.
Elsewhere on her new album, the Grammy-winning Ciara worked with producers including Dr. Luke, Polow da Don and The Underdogs, as well as songwriters Rock City, Ester Dean and Diane Warren.
Fans can visit the Ciara digital store to pre-order "Jackie" and to gain access to pre-sale tickets to the tour.
In addition to her musical ambitions, Ciara will co-star in the upcoming NBC entertainment variety show, “I Can Do That!” The show premieres May 26.
