The latest top 10 reveals zero changes.

That was to be expected - almost. No ranked teams lost, except for Pace Academy. The Knights have lost two straight and last week's was a convincing one, 33-13 to No. 3 GAC. One could argue the Knights should have dropped out of the top 10 altogether, or, at the very least, slid in the rankings.

But the Knights are not penalized for being exposed and instead remain ranked No. 7.

No. 1 Benedictine is still the team to chase, and GAC didn't leapfrog No. 2 Fitzgerald despite the Spartans handling Pace. Fitzgerald enjoyed a bye.

No. 4 Wesleyan took care of business, sort of, edging B.E.S.T. 10-8 after barely beating K.I.P.P. 13-7 the week before. Both Wolves opponents were considered easy wins.

Rabun County, ranked No. 5, rolled to a 60-12 win over Oglethorpe County. No. 6 Darligton beat Dade County 21-10.

Any hopes for Metter cracking the top 10 with its impressive season to date were held in check by No. 8 Jefferson County, a game Jefferson County won 48-3. Jefferson County, despite its two losses, remains a team to keep an eye on.

No. 9 Union County beat Greene County 49-28; No. 10 Brooks County shut out Seminole County 34-0.

While the top 10 remained unchanged, it's worth nothing there are a couple of big matchups involving ranked teams this week, which will be discussed in depth on Thursday.

So get ready for a new top 10 next week.
