Alexander WR Justin Hall is Georgia's first reported 1,000-yard receiver. The senior has 57 receptions for 1,037 yards and 11 touchdowns for a 7-1 team that is chasing its first 10-win season since 1994.
"Justin is an electric player that has the ability to make the most difficult of plays look easy," Alexander coach Matthew Combs said. "He is a gamer in every since of the word. Justin thrives when the lights come on Friday nights. The bigger the situation or the bigger the game, the more likely he is the one to have that 'wow' moments."
Hall is part of an offense with several big-yardage players. Baylor Whitfield has thrown for 1,819 yards and 22 touchdowns. Daetrich Harrington has rushed for 1,185 yards and 10 touchdowns. The team is averaging 229.6 yards passing and 186.3 rushing per game.
Hall has 11 touchdown receptions, at least one in seven of eight games. He has season highs of 14 receptions (Allatoona) and 200 yards (Villa Rica). Hall also is a point guard on the basketball team.
