Peachtree Ridge assistant takes Chestatee head coaching job

Chestatee in Hall County has hired Peachtree Ridge quarterbacks coach Shaun Conley as the War Eagles’ head coach. Conley will replace Bill Forman, who left after an 0-10 finish in 2015.

Conley was at Peachtree Ridge the past two seasons but is most associated with the Flowery Branch program, where he was part of six 10-win seasons, most under Lee Shaw.

There have been 24 reported coaching vacancies this off-season. Only three have been filled.
