Of the 240 teams that made the playoffs this season, 39 were given less than a 50 percent chance in preseason by the computer Maxwell Ratings. Most surprising? Creekside, which was 0-10 last season. The Seminoles, given just a 1.53 percent chance (or 1-in-65) actually won a region title. Next most surprising was Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe, given just a 1.83 percent chance. The Warriors are in the postseason for the first time since 2009 and hosting a playoff game for the first time since 2004.
