Stockbridge won the Region 4 championship game and became the first Henry County public school to finish a regular season 10-0. Next: Friday vs. Region 1 No. 4 seed (TBD)

Last week: Beat Mays 10-9. Stephenson held Mays to minus-56 yards rushing and survived a dropped punt snap inside its 25-yard line with 1:05 left. Stephenson responded with three sacks - out of 10 in the game - to seal the victory and the Region 6 championship game, the Jaguars' first region title since 2009. Most of Stephenson's limited offense came from Trestan Kinsler (13 rushes, 62 yards, one TD) and 1,000-yard rusher Jaylen Marson-Knight (18-53-0). Last week: Beat Northside, Warner Robins 34-13. Houston County had to win the game and hold Northside to 16 or fewer points to win Region 2, and did, for the Bears' first region title. Houston County also beat Northside for the first time in 18 meetings. Jake Fromm was 26-of-40 passing for 387 yards and three touchdowns. Last week: Lost to Stephenson 10-9. Mays trailed 10-0 at halftime. A missed extra point was the difference. QB B.J. Pinecrest took a 14-6 lead early on an 88-yard hook-and-lateral play from McCarthy to Corey Downs for about five years to Michael Birozes for the rest. The game was for the Region 6 title. Last week: Lost to Pinecrest Academy 28-21. Taylor Trammell rushed for 244 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries but left with an injury in the fourth quarter. Mount Paran had a fourth-and-1 in the fourth quarter but failed to get it, setting up Pinecrest's winning touchdown on the next play. Mount Paran had won 23 straight games. Next: State playoffs

Last week: Lost to Irwin County 34-24. Turner took a 24-20 lead in the third quarter on WR Tamorrion Terry's 85-yard TD run, but Irwin returned the ensuing kickoff for a touchdown, and Turner never led again. Next: State playoffs
