Last week: Beat Lee County 27-7. Jalen Everett intercepted three passes, returning one to the Lee County 6-yard line, and Valdosta forced five turnovers overall and raced to a 27-0 halftime lead. Valdosta scored its first touchdown on a fourth-and-goal from the 14 on a double pass, with Wesley Veal hitting QB Hunter Holt for the score. Valdosta won easily despite less than 150 yards in total offense. Valdosta is one victory from its first region title since 2011, second since 2003. Next: Friday vs. Coffee (5-3)

Last week: Beat Coffee 17-14. Alex Gelter's 30-yard field goal that gave Northside a 17-7 lead in the third quarter ended up being the difference.
