How the game was won: Greater Atlanta Christian's Davis Mills and Josh Pickens rushed for touchdowns in the first quarter. Mills scored another touchdown on a 22-yard run to give the Spartans the 20-6 lead. The Spartans advance to the semifinals for the second straight season and ride a 12-game win streak after a double-overtime loss to Benedictine to open the season. The Spartans have already won 45 games in what marks head coach Tim Hardy's fourth season at the helm.

Top performers: Mills rushed for 112 yards and two touchdowns for the Spartans. … Greater Atlanta Christian's Marcus Young added 130 rushing yards. … Brooks County's Demontay Jones had two rushing touchdowns.
