GAC's Wilkins breaks rim with dunk

It's far from uncommon for a player to dunk during a high school basketball game. However, you don't too often see a dunk so monstrous that it stops the game. That's what happened Friday night when Greater Atlanta Christian's Isaiah Wilkins parlayed an alley-oop pass into a rim-breaking dunk against Westminster.

The play started unassumingly, with Wilkins passing from the corner then cutting to the basket. That's when he found Troy Morrison's rim-level pass that came from beyond the 3-point line and caught it. You can watch the video link Wilkins posted to know what happened next:

Wilkins' dunk occurred midway through the third quarter, with the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans leading 32-21. GAC went on to beat Westminster 71-33, extending a couple of win streaks. The Spartans have now won 41 in a row overall dating back to last year's state-title season and 77 in a row in region play. They are the state's No. 1 ranked team at 23-0.
