GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach?"The most memorable game I have been a part of was during my junior season in December of 1991. I played strong safety for Cartersville High School. We were hosting my former high school in the semifinals, Mary Persons. When my name was called over the PA during pre-game warm-ups, I received applause from both sides of the stadium. At halftime we were down by 10 points. Having lived in Forsyth since birth, I could not recall anyone overcoming a 10-point deficit against the Bulldogs! As the game came to a close, we had found a way to find victory 21-17 and advance to the state title game the next week. When shaking hands with Coach [Dan] Pitts after the game, you can only imagine how awkward I felt having played for him the previous two seasons. As always, he was a perfect gentlemen and wished me good luck." [Cartersville defeated Cedar Grove 28-18 the next week to win the Class AA championship.]
2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why?"If I had a son, I would want him to play for my two high school coaches - Dan Pitts of Mary Persons and Mike Earwood of Cartersville. No explanation is necessary. Two of the finest men and coaches to ever roam the sidelines in the state of Georgia."
3. What is your favorite saying/motto?"We have been using the 'Win The Day' motto at McIntosh for six years now. We expect our kids to do this 24/7/365."
4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed?"I would like for all stadiums to have a 25-second clock ASAP."
