GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Corey Jarvis, Mays

*1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach?"2014 Jones County would be the most memorable as a head coach because of the last-second win, and I have never been that excited about a win that I was jumping up and down the whole time after we won. As an assistant coach at Mary Persons in 2002 versus Washington County in the second round, we lost the game but I just remembered it being a great game with great ball players and a big-time atmosphere." [Mays beat Jones County 44-41 to reach the Class AAAAA semifinals and ultimately reached the title game against Northside of Warner Robins.]

*2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why?"Hands down Buck Godfrey. He developed the man, not just the athlete, the overall person. I have tons of respect for him."

*3. What is your pet peeve as a coach or favorite saying/motto?"The motto would be hard work creates opportunities."

*4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed?"No. 1 would be to scrimmage another team during the spring. No. 2 would be a 25-second clock at every stadium."
