GHSF Daily asked Georgia head coaches to answer these four questions. We'll report from a different head coach each day.

Dexter Copeland, Macon County

1. What is the most memorable game you've been a part of as a player or coach? "The most memorable game I've coached in was the 2007 Twiggs County vs. Lincoln County game in Jeffersonville. Lincoln was coming off back-to-back state championships and was ranked No. 1 in the state in 2007 when they played Twiggs. Twiggs takes the opening kickoff and drives 80 yards and scores on a fourth down to start the game. Our defense played one of the best two quarters that we could have ever played, holding the Devils to no points in the first half. The start of the second half, Lincoln scores a touchdown on a long run to make the score 7-6 going into the final quarter. Late in the fourth quarter, future Jim Thorpe Award winner and first-round draft pick Darqueze Dennard and Georgia Southern-bound Deion Stanley make catches on fourth downs to keep a key drive moving. Stanley catches a pass with two minutes left in the game and scores to make it 12-7. Lincoln would drive back down to the 15-yard line when time expires to end the game. Twiggs 12, Lincoln 7."

2. Which high school coach would you want your son to play for, and why? "There would be two coaches that I would like for my sons to play for. One would be my old high school football coach, Stan Gann [at Northside of Warner Robins]. He has one of the greatest offensive minds that I've ever been around. The other coach would be David Cochran, the best motivator I have ever known. He could get players to run through bricks for him."

3. What is your favorite saying/motto? "I love to tell my skill guys, 'If you don't block you don't touch the rock.'"

4. Which GHSA policy or high school football rule would you most like to see changed? "I would like to bring back spring football games."
