The longest active streaks of reaching the quarterfinals belong to Buford (17 seasons, a state record), Calhoun (nine), Colquitt County (eight), Eagle's Landing Christian (seven), Prince Avenue Christian (six) and Stockbridge (five). One school that had made the quarterfinals five consecutive seasons had its streak snapped this season. Was it Aquinas, Brooks County, Marion County, Marist or St. Pius? (Answer Monday)

Answer to Tuesday's question: Stockbridge, Woodland and Eagle's Landing Christian are three quarterfinal teams that are within five miles of each other. So are Roswell, Blessed Trinity and Fellowship Christian.
