Buford's streak of 17 consecutive season-opening victories, which began in 1999, ended last season. Which team ended Buford's streak, and which school owns the state record for consecutive season-opening victories with 30 from 1972 through 2001? (Answer Friday)

Answer to Wednesday's question: Conrad Nix of Northside (Warner Robins) and Keith Maloof of Norcross are the only Georgia coaches with winning records against Colquitt County's Rush Propst with at least two games played. Both are 2-0.
