Daily Trivia: Last ties in the state finals, and the overtimes that followed

Grayson and Eagle's Landing Christian won their championship games in overtime last weekend. What were the tie games in the 2006 finals that prompted the GHSA to abolish co-champions and require overtime to settle title games? And what were the only previous overtime games in the state finals? Hint: They occurred in 2010 and 2011 and involved the same two schools, each winning once. (Answer Tuesday)

Answer to Friday's question: The first two schools to complete back-to-back 15-0 seasons were East Rome (1977-78) and West Rome (1982-83).
