How the game was won: In a rematch of last year's class AA state title game, GAC and Benedictine fought until the very end. With 10 seconds left in regulation, GAC scored a touchdown and converted the two-point conversion to send it to overtime. In overtime, each team scored touchdowns but failed to make their extra points. In double OT, GAC was held to a field goal while Benedictine scored the game-winning touchdown.
