--St. Pius star Asia Durr scored 43 of the Golden Lions 51 points in a win over Columbia on Tuesday. The Golden Lions have won 71 consecutive regular-season region games. They host Cross Keys in a Region 6-AAAA game tonight and will face a stern test from Mountain View on Saturday. That game is at 4 p.m., at Wesleyan.
--Mary Persons senior Keke Calloway poured in 41 points and pulled down 14 rebounds in a win over Lamar on Saturday. She followed it up with a 25-point performance against Baldwin on Tuesday, as the fourth-ranked Bulldogs improved to 18-0. Mary Persons host Howard tonight in a Region 2-AAAA game.

--Bainbridge star Tyree Crump, who has committed to Georgia, is looking to score his 1,500 career point, when the Bearcats travel to Dougherty tonight. Crump, a 6-3 junior, enters the game with 1,497 points. Crump is averaging 24.5 points per game for the eighth-ranked Bearcats.
--No. 4 St. Pius has won eight straight heading into tonight’s Region 6-AAAA game against Cross Keys. The Golden Lions got 14 points from Kerney Lane and 12 from Hamilton Crane in a key region win over Columbia on Tuesday. St. Pius sits in second place, but faces third-place Stone Mountain and first-place Lithonia next week.
--No. 1 Jonesboro will be looking for its 19th straight win tonight, when the Cardinals host Riverdale. Jonesboro has won its last five games by an average margin of 44 points. Senior Tracey Hector has scored 20 points in the first halves of each of the Cardinals last two wins. Jonesboro will step up in competition on Saturday, when the Cardinals face a talented Spain Park team from Hoover, Ala., in the Hilton Invitations at Norcross. Jonesboro is ranked 17th in the nation by MaxPreps.com.
