Georgia Tech coach Josh Pastner is going all out to ensure full support from the student body for Tuesday night’s game against N.C. State at McCamish Pavilion.

One lucky student who attends the game – and stays until the end – will win a Vespa scooter. (It appears to be a Vespa Primavera 150, which retails for $5,099.) The team publicized the raffle during Sunday’s win over Syracuse and then put out a tweet with a video of Pastner making the offer on Monday. (Particularly compelling are the raised eyebrows from guards Josh Okogie and Norman Harris at the 30-second mark.)

Pastner has been generous in his praise of the support from the student section and the McCamish fan base in general. On Monday, he said that Tech fans “willed us to a win” and that the student section was “terrific.”

“You have helped lift us, got us some great wins, but we really need you on Tuesday vs. N.C. State,” Pastner says in the video.

For the Clemson game Jan. 12, the team raffled off five 40-inch televisions as an enticement, which resulted in the section being full.
