Input from residents could help Gwinnett leaders create a strategic framework for the county's future transportation needs. Thousands of Gwinnett residents, workers and passersby will be asked to participate in a wide-ranging conversation about transportation in the county.
The project, called the Great Exchange, is not government funded or even government initiated, but the responses could steer leaders toward the most popular proposals.
