Prince died from an accidental overdose of self-administered fentanyl, a type of synthetic opioid, according to a report from the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office. The findings, released in June, ended speculation about how the music icon died on April 21.

The guitar seller, from The Netherlands, said he bought the item at an auction, and offers it with a Certificate of Authenticity. He has a 100 percent positive feedback rating from past customers. Here is the listing.
