The new occupant of Tyler Perry's opulent former spread is a businessman and evangelist who says he felt led by God to purchase the property.
"I went online and I saw this house, and that's when I felt like God told me, 'This is your house," the new owner said during an interview with the community news site Buckhead.com.
The home sits on 17 acres along the Chattachoochee River.
Perry reportedly is building on a 1,000-acre parcel he owns OTP.
