The movie stars Vin Diesel, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez, Sung Kang, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Luke Evans, Gina Carano, John Ortiz, Gal Gadot and Elsa Pataky.

Most notably, it will star the late Paul Walker, who died in a Los Angeles car crash while the movie was mid production. Work halted for a time while the stars mourned the loss of their friend and colleague, and the studio decided how to move forward. Ultimately Walker's brothers, Cody and Caleb, signed on to portray their brother in some scenes to complete the filming.

"Our family is big and strong but it won't ever quite be whole again without Paul," the message continued. "All of us -- those who've been here from the start and those whose first FAST film is 7 --  wanted to create a special film for him and for you. We believe we have."

Look for a trailer to be released in the next week.
