FLOWERY BRANCH — Here's everything you need to know about the Falcons (6-2), who play at San Francisco (2-6) at 4 p.m. Sunday at Levi Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., on Tuesday.

1. Trade deadline. The NFL trade deadline is at 4 p.m. today. The Falcons are not expected to be active.
2. No practice. The Falcons are off on Tuesdays. They'll return to work on Wednesday.
3. Trufant update: Desmond Trufant had his worst game of the 2015 season against the Bucs, according to profootballfocus.com His  negative 2.3 grade in Week 8 was tied for his worst grade in the the last two years.
4. Play 60 in  Gainesville. Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz will be on hand to help with the program and stress leadership skills for about 400 youths.
5. Series record. This will be the 76th meeting between the Falcons and the 49ers in an old NFC West rematch. The 49ers hold a 45-29-1 edge over the Falcons. The two teams have meet twice in the playoffs, with the 49ers winning in the 2012 NFC championship game, 28-24.
