Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport will hold its second annual 5K on the 5th runway on Saturday.

The Atlanta airport said Thursday at 5 p.m. is the last day to register for the race scheduled for Aug. 27 on a runway at the world's busiest airport. The fifth runway will be temporary closed to airplane traffic for the race.

More than 1,700 runners are expected. Proceeds from the event benefit the United Way.
