Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport is expanding Concourse C, with plans for a new food court in the center of the concourse.

Construction to expand the center of the concourse and add windows is already complete.

The work on Concourse C follows a similar expansion on Concourse D, which has a new food court and more full-service restaurants. But since then, Southwest Airlines has pulled out of Concourse D and consolidated its operations onto Concourse C -- driving long waits for some restaurants on Concourse C during busy travel periods.
