Talk about building an empire!

Slutty Vegan CEO Pinky Cole doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon. Cole is expanding her empire one Slutty Vegan at a time, with the latest location opening in Birmingham, Alabama this weekend, on Sunday, Aug. 21. This is the first Alabama location and the first location outside of Georgia. The new location will serve as the sixth brick-and-mortar store and will be opening in Birmingham’s Woodlawn neighborhood. Guests can enjoy the full Slutty Vegan menu for takeout and delivery - including the One Night Stand, the Heaux Boy and much more. The restaurant will not only be open for patrons to enjoy the delicious menu but there will also be a block party on Sunday, Aug. 21 from noon to 6 p.m.

“We are so excited to sluttify all of Birmingham!” said Cole. “This location is extremely special to us - it’s our first location outside of Georgia, and we couldn’t be more excited to be a part of your community. We hope you are ready for us because Slutty Vegan is ready to serve an experience to each and every one of you.”

Cole also recently made an appearance on Good Morning America to announce the first New York location in Brooklyn next month. The newest location will be in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood.

If you thought Cole was taking over only the restaurant industry, think again. Cole will be releasing a book in November. She recently took to Instagram to address the name of her book, saying to fans, “I heard a few people say they were nervous about the book hitting the market because of the name... Y’all please help me disrupt the book industry! I am claiming that this will be the highest sold book in the country when it comes out on November 15!”

It’s amazing to see Cole expand her empire in so many ways!
