Any time a SEC quarterback job is available, the best recruits in the nation flock.

An open QB position at Tennessee? Yes, I’ll take it.

That’s what has happened at Tennessee this week. One of the nation’s top recruits, class of 2017 five-star quarterback Hunter Johnson, announced to the world that he will be a Tennessee Vol.

Rivals recruiting analyst Paul Fortenberry reports:

Hunter’s commitment left Vols fans wondering how 2016 four-star QB commit Jarrett Guarantano would react.

Will he transfer?

Maybe not:

That means “Vol For Life” in case you are wondering.

Also, way to get back in the SEC picture, Tennessee.
