Florida picked up its 20th commitment in the class of 2016 after 3-star safety Jeawon Taylor pledged his commitment to the Gators on Wednesday, 247Sports' Luke Stampini reported.

The Montgomery Park Crossing (Ala.) product made the announcement shortly thereafter. Taylor is the fifth defensive back to commit to Florida, and he’s ranked as the No. 31 safety and the No. 17 player overall in the state of Alabama.

The 6-foot-2, 192-pound safety held offers from over 10 schools, including Auburn and Alabama.
