Ex-LSU Tiger Rashard Robinson had trouble covering opposing receivers for LSU last season, and looks as though he wasn’t on top of his Twitter account either.
The defensive back who was kicked off of the team following his arrest for unauthorized entry in June, claims that a series of tweets aimed at three former teammates on Friday were the result of his Twitter account getting hacked.
According to Cody Worsham of tigerrag.com, Robinson went on a Twitter rant Friday night after hearing that former teammates Anthony Jennings, Maquedius Bain and Dwayne Thomas, who were not facing charges in the same June incident, had been reinstated to the team.
Robinson issued an apology to LSU and its fan base, which is a good start, but he should also apologize for the sentence structure he used in these statements, which Worsham obtained.
Here are the tweets Robinson posted issuing an apology and claiming that his account had been hacked.
My Twitter was hacked earlier and I did not take part in any of the posting of the tweets causing the twitter uproar.
