UGA is hosting a 4-star target on Friday

UGA is hosting one of its main targets at wide receiver on Friday.

Tyler Simmons, a 4-star recruit from McEachern High School, will take an unofficial visit with his mother, as confirmed by the AJC.

The 5-foot-11, 194-pounder told the AJC earlier this month that UGA coaches told him that he is one of three priorities at receiver, along with Archer's Kyle Davis and Savannah Christian Prep's Demetris Robertson.

Simmons is considering UGA, Alabama and Texas A&M.
