The Mays High School wide receiver won’t have to remove his UGA tattoo.

Randrecous Davis, a 3-star recruit famously known for having the "G" tattooed on his bicep, committed to UGA on Monday, his coach told the AJC. Davis also had offers from Alabama and Florida.

Heading into Dawg Night, Davis did not have a committable offer, but he earned one at the prospect camp.

The 5-foot-10, 169-pounder recently told the AJC that he expected to earn an offer at UGA's camp and was probably going to commit once he received it.

“(Wide receivers coach Bryan McClendon) came from the same high school as me and I have a lot of friends at Georgia who have played with me since I was young,” Davis said. “That’s been the plan for me. I’ve liked Georgia since I was little.”

Davis becomes UGA's second wide receiver commit, along with Houston County's Darion Anderson, in the class of 2016.
