There are few football prospects in Georgia with a higher ceiling of potential than Jordan Smith.

He’s a 6-foot-6 defensive end from Lithonia High School who was known more for basketball until coming out for football as a sophomore.

Smith is still learning football, but his raw athleticism and physical attributes are perhaps unequaled among the state’s 2016 prospects. I know that many colleges surely have seen enough to believe in the long-term potential, with Smith totaling nearly 30 early scholarship offers.
