Roquan Smith: UCLA edges UGA in a shocker

AJC Super 11 Roquan Smith, who never named a favorite but was considered a “UGA lean” for the last three months, committed to UCLA over the Bulldogs on ESPN on Wednesday.

He’s a 4-star linebacker from Macon County High School.
