Georgia State is expected to have a mostly quiet Signing Day because Trent Miles and his coaches put much of their efforts into signing junior college players and recruiting transfers from UAB.
The Panthers, who went 1-11 last season, have already signed eight junior college players and six former Blazers transferred in.
