UGA has lost one of its top football recruits to West Virginia, according to WVSports.com.

Shaquery Wilson, an athlete from the Miami, had been committed to UGA since last summer.

Wilson tweeted out a picture of himself in a West Virginia jersey on Wednesday with the caption: “How I look in that #9?”

Wilson was recruited to UGA to play defensive back, but his heart was always at wide receiver. West Virginia told him he could play wide receiver. UGA had also told Wilson in recent weeks that he could get a look at wide receiver, per 247sports.

UGA has now had six recruits de-commit in the 2015 class, while they’ve also flipped five kids committed to other schools.

This won't likely be the last flip in either direction for UGA this week. You can read about that HERE.
