In case you haven't heard, Popcornflix, a free movie streaming platform, is adding new kid-friendly content to its line up today. Popular titles include Big Comfy Couch, Dancing Down Under and One Direction.
The new content is available on Popcornflix Kids as well as the regular Popcornflix service.

Those of you who grew up in the 90s watching kids’ classics like “Big Comfy Couch” can now enjoy episodes with your own children. New arrivals also include other classic children’s programming and movies like “The Saddle Club,” “Popeye,” “Eye of the Dolphin,” “Midnight Stallion” and “Peter Pan.” Popcornflix Kids now also features free musician and entertainer documentaries about kid favorites like One Direction, Taylor Swift, and Justin- all available for viewing any time.

That’s not all. The programming library has been expanded to include award-winning content from Shaftesbury, the children’s programming innovator behind hit series such as “Connor Undercover,” “Overruled!” and “Life with Derek,” and programming from the Australian Children’s Television Foundation. Think “Dancing Down Under” and “Flea-bitten.”

“Parents are always looking for good quality entertainment at a price that won’t break the family budget,” said David Fannon, executive vice president at Screen Media Ventures. “At Popcornflix Kids, we’re offering hours of award-winning children’s programs, movies, documentaries and educational content at no charge, giving parents and kids more entertainment options at a price every family can afford – free.”
