Drizzle, light rain, a thin layer of spotty fog and overcast skies will make up the much of the Monday morning drive, forecasters say.

Look for isolated sprinkles through Monday morning with a 30-percent chance of rain throughout the day and the possibility of heavier rain by day's end, Severe Weather Team 2 meteorologist Karen Minton said.

“Most of this rain is on the light side,” Minton said. “We could see some breaks in the clouds here and there, but overall a mostly cloudy day today.”

Temperatures are expected to reach the upper 60s and lower 70s by day’s end.

In the five-day forecast, expect the Mercury to reach the mid-70s through the week with a break in the rainy pattern until Thursday when Halloween trick or treating is planned.
