Music festivals are a great way to escape the realities of our everyday lives and unleash our inner dancing queens and kings. The big ticket price for multiday festivals is difficult to stomach for some people. However, If you're willing to rally your musical allies and share gas costs, there are at least five Southeast music festivals in April with price tags lower than $215. Many festivals offer camping accommodations. Festivals also team up with local hotels to provide discounts.

Fool's Paradise, St. Augustine, Florida

April 1-2. Two-day general admission: $90. Single day: $50

The lineup includes Lettuce, GRiZ, Herd of Watts and many more. A short walk separates the St. Augustine Amphitheatre from the beach, so don't forget your swim suit for a quick dip between shows. A camping pass for a nearby KOA is also available for $75 from the festival website.

Rhythm N' Blooms, Knoxville, Tennessee

April 8-10. Three-day general admission: $75. Single day: $35

This indie, folk, country and rock music festival will feature artists like The Lone Bellow, Mutemath and The Mavericks. This festival partners with select hotels to offer concert-goers the cheapest rates in the area.

Tortuga Music Festival, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

April 15-17. Three-day general admission: $199

The Tortuga Music Festival brings some of the biggest names in country and rock music to the beach to raise awareness about ocean conservation. You can support the cause while watching Blake Shelton, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Sam Hunt and many more perform on a white-sand beach.

Wanee Music Festival, Live Oak, Florida

April 14-16. Three-day general admission: $209.95

Tickets to the Wanee Music Festival include access to primitive camping. The festival also offers a shuttle to nearby hotels. Blues and funk acts are on the lineup, including Widespread Panic, Gov't Mule and Gregg Allman.

Beale Street Music Festival, Memphis, Tennessee

April 29 - May 1. Three-day general admission: $105-$135

Join artists and bands in the soul of the South for a lineup of some of pop, indie and rock musics most popular acts; Paul Simon, Weezer, Young the Giant, Trampled By Turtles and the Indigo Girls, to name a few. The festival also partners with hotels in downtown Memphis to accommodate festival attendees.
