FLOWERY BRANCH – Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jarrett was excused from practice for personal reasons on Monday.

Jarrett, who is coming back from knee surgery, was the lone player not at practice with the team set to leave later in the day for the joint practices with the Miami Dolphins.

The Falcons and Dolphins will have joint practices on Tuesday and Wednesday before the opening exhibition game on Friday.
