Fulton County police are investigating a shooting early Monday outside an Old National Highway sports bar that sent a woman to the hospital.
Channel 2 Action News reported that the 22-year-old victim was shot in the face about 4:30 a.m. in a parking lot in the 7400 block of Old National Highway.
A witness told Channel 2 that she saw the victim with friends inside the 50 Yard Line sports bar just before the shooting.
The woman was conscious and alert when she was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, police told the station.
The victim’s name, and a motive for the shooting, have not been released.
