UGA police: Athletes victims of financial fraud

University of Georgia police are asking for the public’s help in identifying three men and a woman suspected of fraudulently accessing the bank accounts of two UGA student athletes.

According to UGA police Lt. Eric Dellinger, the fraudulent transactions occurred during July at several banks in Cobb and Fulton counties.

He did not identify the victims or say which sports they played.
