Accessing I-285 westbound through Spaghetti Junction might take a bit longer for the next week.
Starting 10 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 11 — and with weather permitting — the Georgia Department of Transportation will be repairing concrete slabs on one right lane.
Most of the work will take place overnight, so the disruption likely will be minor. However, the lane will be closed continuously over the weekend to allow the concrete to cure.
GDOT says drivers should slow down and use caution when going through the area, because workers and equipment will be close to the road.
Here is the construction schedule this week:
- 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday
- 10 p.m., Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday
- 10 p.m. Saturday until 5 a.m. Monday
