Fuel spill leads to I-285 gridlock
Expect long delays on I-285 after a fuel spill.
Hour-long delays are expected on I-285 following a minor fuel spill just north of exit 44.
Traffic is backed up from Glenwood Road to I-675 on the southeast perimeter.
Cleanup of the 30 gallons of fuel, which was leaked from a tractor-trailer, is underway. The Georgia Department of Transportation is advising drivers to find alternate routes.
