Q: I listen to Kicks 101.5 radio station in the morning on my drive in to work. However, due to static on the station I had to switch to another station for a period of time. When I was able to switch back to 101.5, Cadillac Jack was hosting with Ali Mac, not Dallas McCade. Why is Dallas now hosting from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and not with Cadillac Jack?

A: Ali Mac and C.J. Lusk were added to the morning show last summer as a replacement for McCade.
McCade left the morning show to take on the role of music director for the station and to take over mid days, the AJC reported then. Her show, “Dallas!” airs from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays.
“I will dearly miss Cadillac Jack and the fun we have had for many years in the morning,” McCade said in a statement last year. “A position like this doesn’t come along every day and it was an opportunity I could not turn down.”
Lusk departed the station in the fall.
Q: Has Cynee’ Simpson left the FOX 5 news team?
—Brenda Clark, Newnan
A: Simpson wrote on her public Facebook page on Jan. 6, “This year, I’m resolving to prioritize my health above all else and I’m taking a few weeks off in that pursuit.”
She did not specify the health issue, but indicated that she would return.
