6 shot, another stabbed late Wednesday in Boston
Six people were shot and one person was stabbed late Wednesday in Boston.
According to police, five men were found shot just before midnight on Ames Street. One of the victims died at a hospital, according to WCVB.
About the same time, police responded to a call in another shooting and a stabbing on Massachusetts Avenue.

“It’s unfortunate another person has lost their life. We vow to work with the district attorney to stop these acts of senseless violence,” Boston Police Commissioner William Gross said.
